There are many famous people and I honor those, but one I really admire is a cancer survivor and a bicycle rider. That cancer survivor bicycle rider is a hero named Lance Armstrong. Before he got cancer, he won races like Tour DuPont and the World Championships. After those races, he started feeling not so good so he went to the doctor. He had cancer. No one thought he could ride anymore. He got very weak because of chemotherapy but worked up to be strong. But he was very brave and won one of the Tour de France.

Riding and racing is a very strong passion to Lance. One of Lance's first races was Tour DuPont in North Carolina. He won it two times but that's not just one of those races where he wins more than once. Tour de France is one that he won more than one time. He won Tour de France four times. After recovering from cancer, he won his first race of Tour de France. Lance's life is full of hard times and powerful times and that's why he's such a great, brave, strong man!
