Laura Wilder is famous because she wrote the LITTLE HOUSE books. Laura wrote children's books. In 1932, Little House in the Big Woods got published. But before that, in the same year, she started the LITTLE HOUSE BOOKS. Her very remarkable books won awards. Laura got a lot of letters- I guess fan letters. She answered as many as she could. I chose Laura Ingalls Wilder because I love her books.
