Kinder Gardeners

The 'kinder garden' in the kindergarten yard is alive once again! A group of moms, dads and kids got together several afternoons and tilled, weeded and amended the soil.The area is divided into sections. Each section is planted with vegetables, herbs and flowers in a certain color, creating a 'color wheel'. Donated pots serve as a bird bath in the center.

It was wonderful to see the children react with wide eyes and words of awe when they saw a patch of dirt transformed into a colorful garden. Thanks to everyone for your interest, support and cooperation. Come visit us as our garden grows!
