Nathan Evans

NathanEvans@sbceo.org

My name is Nathan Evans, and I was born and raised in this beautiful town of Santa Barbara. In fact, as a child I went to Monte Vista Elementary School, where I had some of the best teachers of my life! Then I moved on to La Colina Junior High, and then on to High School, where I attended both San Marcos and Santa Barbara High Schools (GO DONS!) Afterwards I went to UCSB where I studied Cultural Anthropology, and Spanish. My educational journey continued at Azusa Pacific University where I completed a Master's Degree in Teaching, Being a lifelong learner, my next step will be the Doctorate someday. I love to travel! My favorite activities here in town include surfing, riding my moto, swimming, hiking and playing with my dogs Ginger and Reef. I have been teaching since 1995 and am experienced with grades 1, 4, 5 and 6. It has been an amazing experience working with the children of such a wonderful community.
