| Welcome to Mrs. Heiduk's class page. I have been teaching for eighteen years and was even a student in the Hope School Disitrict. My husband, Don, and I, both graduates from U.C.S.B., were born and raised in Santa Barbara and thoroughly enjoy all that this area has to offer. We are lucky to have have wonderful 12 year old twins and enjoy all the many activities and experiences they encounter each day. In the past I have represented Vieja Valley as both a math and assessment mentor. I worked with others to align and develop State and District Standards. Students in Mrs. Heiduk's 3rd grade class enjoy taking part in exciting Santa Barbara history activities, challenging and fun math activities, and many writing and reading experiences as well. The students will remember my constant emphasis on always doing your personal best. |
